RKL Pinch Valves are the result of 30 years of evolutionary engineering based on a flow control principle of elegant simplicity.
A
tough, reinforced elastomeric sleeve is linked to a simple, direct action
mechanism which closes the valve with a pinching action. Shutoff is absolutely
gas- and vacuum-tight. There are no valve seats or packing glands to leak.
Patented positive opening assures proper valve operation under all conditions,
and allows precise throttling action.
A broad range of sizes, constructions, sleeve materials and actuator types can satisfy the flow control service requirements of practically an industry application, performing with unchallenged reliability in such difficult services as corrosive and abrasive slurries, chemicals, waste water treatment, hydrocarbons and petrochemicals, air-conveyed materials, high-temperature fluids to (400°F), foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals.
